I have just finished adding the ability to receive a single summary email for each event you have entries in, so all of your dogs entries will appear in a single message.
In addition to this, I have added another email preference setting for accounts which allows you to turn off individual entry emails (the default is to send them, like it always has).
If you only want to receive the consolidated email and not the individual ones, go to the Gateway page and click the link to "Update your details", you will see an option there for "Receive individual email for each dog entry", select "No", enter your password to make changes and submit the page to disable them.
The summary emails are automatically sent twice an hour, and will only send each message once, unless an entry has been edited, in which case it will send it again, you can also send it manually by clicking the link to "Email a summary of consolidated entries" on the My Entries page or on the Gateway page.
