Prize Giving
Prize giving will take place at the Grandstand as soon as practicable at the conclusion of the afternoon events.
Evening Meals
Saturday Evening BBQ
The BBQ will take place next to the Rugby Clubrooms from 7:00pm. Please present your ticket when getting your meal.
Sunday Evening Kiwiana Event
Sunday night's event will take place in the Rugby Clubrooms from 7:30pm. Please present your ticket on entry. Due to the liquor licence for the event, this is strictly entry only to those with tickets. The event will run until 12:00am.
Disputes Committee
Any disputes will be handled by Nick Chester, Bevan Dale and Janette Davis.

Security
Security will be onsite overnight. Although we do not anticipate any security concerns, the Committee recommends that competitors keep their vehicles locked and do not leave valuables unattended.
