Camping Camping sites were pre-booked. Campers will be admitted onto the grounds from 2:00pm on Thursday 19 October. All sites are 9m x 9m. Please follow the directions of camping wardens who will direct you to your site. Camping is on the rugby fields and can be accessed from Gate 3 on Oliver Street. In the interests of health and safety, all camp sites must have a working fire extinguisher, buckets of water or another effective form to extinguish a fire on their site at all times. Goodie/Registration Bags These will be available from the Black Hawk tent during Friday. Showers The shower block is located near the camping area. The showers in the rugby changing rooms are also available. Selling Our marketplace will be located on the southern side of the Grandstand. Please respect that stallholders have paid a fee and do not sell other items over the course of the weekend. Practice Ring The practice ring will be available all weekend at the southern end of the arena. There is strictly no practicing in any other ring. Course Walking Courses will be available for walking for at least an hour before competition begins. The committee will make all efforts to provide additional time for walking where we can. Ring Procedures • In every event, at the end of each height, that class will close. There will be NO exceptions. • Please have good communication with the call board so you can have the best opportunity to get there in time. • Every ring is managed by a different club. Please make sure that the Judge is ready and the Scribe has your number before you begin as each ring will have a different method of doing this. Also, please note, due to the huge numbers of entries and the short amount of time available we need your help to keep our show moving; • if you reach MCT (Maximum Course Time) you will be asked to leave the ring immediately via the exit area; • if you are unfortunate enough to be disqualified you will be allowed to finish the course but please remember, no training.
