I’m looking forward to judging some great partnerships and hope you all enjoy my courses. Win or lose, we all take the best dog home
at the end of the day! Go Zone 5 !!!

17th of September, 2017. Requested date for judge’s profile well and truly passed.
I’m now at that awkward stage where I need to ask pressing questions regarding the event, but know the whereabouts of my profile will arise again...so here goes nothing.
Note: profile may contain blatant lies.
Born and bred in Dunedin thirty something
years ago, I’ve been involved in agility since
2001...well before active wear was even ‘a
thing’. I’m a builder by day and dabble with
sleeping at night. I’m a long serving (almost
life member) of the North Otago Dog Training Club in Oamaru - where regularly the huge numbers attending training means my dogs are seldom trained. I enjoy romantic walks on the beach by myself and never-ending Dunedin summers. My hobbies include being a vegan (yes, I know everything!), cross stitch and solving the Bain murder mystery.
Good luck to everyone. Remember there’s always another run (except for any dogs that don’t survive the cross over ;) ). In all seriousness, it’s always an honour to be invited to judge at the DAC so a big thank you to the committee for having me officiate this year.
Inspirational quote for the end of the event: Forrest Gump - “I’m pretty tired... I think I’ll go home now.”

I’d like to thank the committee of NZDAC 2017 for inviting me to judge. It is always a pleasure and honour to judge at our National Event.
Agility has come a long way since I started competing in the sport in 1989 with increased speed, new handling methods and changing course design. However, the people are still the same, we are all here for the love of our dogs and the enjoyment of our sport. Sharing our weekends with like-minded people and a few beers along the way is what keeps us coming back.
